Interview with 1st place Winner, Ms Trang Vo Thi Thu
What inspired you to become a Tickmill Introducing Broker?
I wanted to increase profit and Tickmill’s rebate is really high.
What do you enjoy the most about our Introducing Broker programme?
It’s really great that Tickmill holds this contest annually. It’s a big motivation for IBs to further develop their client base.
What is the biggest challenge of being an IB? How do you deal with it?
I think the biggest challenge is to win clients’ trust. The best way to build trust is to improve your knowledge about forex trading and dedicatedly offer the best possible support.
What in your opinion makes an IB successful?
In my opinion, having solid knowledge about forex and trading, strong commitment and sense of responsibility for the job and integrity can make an IB successful.
Participation in the Contest
What do you believe was the key factor in securing the 1st place in the contest?
I can’t believe I got first place in the contest. The other IBs are also really good. I think I am lucky.
What strategy did you follow to engage your Clients and keep them trading during the contest?
I was constantly updating my clients on the latest market news and events, so they can avoid risks and make profit; this proved a really good retention strategy.
In what ways has the contest helped you further build your IB business?
I was doing online marketing on various social networks, introducing Tickmill and the contest to my clients. Meanwhile, I must admit, Tickmill offers an attractive set of trading conditions, so this made it easier to attract more people to the contest.
What did you enjoy the most about the contest?
Big prize is the most motivation.
What advice would you give to new IBs?
You should prepare good knowledge about forex trading to support clients and help them choose a trusted broker like Tickmill. Moreover, you can also share some experiences that you learn from successful traders to new clients, so that they can understand some of the best ways to make profit.
